Crystals and Healing

We will learn how to correlate the color of our chakras and stones to support our physical experience. We will investigate how to look into ourselves for information about each of our 9 chakras.

We will have a brief meditation during which, Lucinda will create a connection to source energy and earth's crystal energy and provide an attunement.

The attunement creates connection in greater volume to universal life force energy, gives one a heightened sense of awareness, allows one to connect to their own ability to heal themselves.

We will go over suggested combinations of crystals to interact with the spinning wheels of energy to promote enhanced self-healing.

Brief explanations about the seven elements in the meridians, visualization, "running" energy and using crystals to enhance the process of self-healing. Hands on practice. Each person will pick a pain spot and utilizing what is taught, will relieve and possibly remove the ailment.

This is a fundamental workshop; materials will be provided - Unless you are remote, then please bring a crystal, or a rock with you, thanks.

You are encouraged to bring with you any crystals you have that you would like to work with, although this is not necessary to learn.
