Traditional Day of the Dead music will greet you along with an artsy space to honor your loved ones. We will discuss the cultural and spiritual significance of Día de los Muertos while we create an ofrenda with photos. Healers will be present to deliver messages and encourage story telling of beautiful memories. 

Attendees will learn and explore how this holiday is not about mourning but about celebrating and remembering those who have passed. The focus would be on how you can honor your loved ones' memories and feel a continued connection to them. With direction and creative tools, participants will be creating their own ofrendas, or altars. 

Everyone will personalize their ofrenda with photos, flowers, charms, stickers, and other meaningful objects that remind them of the honorees. While creating these ofrendas, participants can share stories about their loved ones they are honoring. Healers will provide messages from your loved ones as you build your ofrenda. The music and food help to bring everyone together in a joyful, communal experience, celebrating the lives of those who have passed and the connections that continue across time.
