Empowerment Evolution  

Empowerment starts the minute you define what you want. Just thinking about my own private spiritual growth, my mental acuity, physical stamina, energetic strength, and emotional wellbeing, gives me a sense of aware consciousness. Looking at these aspects to get a general idea of where we can better support our experiences will give us insight and awareness of where we are in any situation.

This empowers us to define our next experience, and begs the question, where you are coming from? This is a powerful and divinely guided experience. Expect shifts in long held beliefs. Releases from the burden of the old story. Freedom to define your next experience from understanding, acceptance, and action when necessary.

In this workshop we will dive into our story about our life. Are we sabotaging our experience without our present awareness? Do we care what happens to us? Do we have a story of failure or less than favorable reactions we continue to ruminate on or about how we would like to live our life?

Great! This class is for you. We will be designing our lives through interpretation of our experience. Deciding what we would like to repeat, discard, transmute. Then, we will tell the story of our experience with some tools we receive from the class to ourselves during a Guided Energy Meditation.

We will be working directly with our Sacral energy center, Creation energy, to create the best version for our new alignment. Empowerment is received when we find a reason to believe in ourselves. We will look at our perceptive attributes, release what no longer serves.

This class is designed to clear away old stagnant energy that may be blocking you in the form of a story you tell yourself that creates limitation.

Empowerment: authority or power given to someone to do something and Self - Evolution: the gradual development of something.
