Meditation with Lucinda

This guided meditation will provide you with an opportunity to tap into the infinite source of love within yourself and cultivate a deep sense of compassion and connection with others. This is an outdoor somatic experience, in our Zen Garden.

Through this practice, you will be able to release any barriers that prevent you from fully experiencing and expressing love. You will learn how to connect with the present moment and cultivate an awareness of your thoughts and emotions, allowing you to let go of any negativity and embrace a positive mindset.

Throughout the meditation, you will be encouraged to focus on feelings of love, kindness, and compassion towards yourself and others. The session will conclude with a period of reflection, allowing you to ground yourself and integrate the practice into your daily life.
