Grief, A Processing Group

Loss of those we love and care about is fkn awful. Here is a safe space open space to process your grief.

Know you are not alone. Sharing lessens some of the pain of which there seems no end and only deepening.

I'm not being overly dramatic, this is what is on our hearts, along with the joy, love, and happiness, we experienced with those transitioned.

It can feel chaotic and crazy at the same time quite surreal, go to a support group. You do need to stay connected, for you.

Well, that's my pitch.
