Mirror Work, More Than Positive Affirmations 

This is a very sacred endeavor. You are connecting deeply with you. Energetically, Emotionally, Physically, Mentally, Spiritually. Fully present in this most powerful moment called now. We will create sacred space for our processes.

Mirror work is a lot of things. It represents getting in touch with all of you. Inside and out. Across all time and space, past, present, future.  It is a way to heal ancestral trauma, inner child trauma, self-esteem narratives.

It can help create new narrative for life experience, a connection to true understanding, compassion, acceptance. This allows release of limitations, blockages, degenerative narrative, and much more. It is transformative.

In this session, we will have small round mirrors to work with individually, a few perched full-length mirrors resting on tables for people to sit in front of with a tealight candles, so as to make connection with ancestors.
