About the event

Shadow Work and Processing Circle

What is shadow work? It is our spiritual work (belief systems) which allows you to see you as you really are through your own eyes and change what you want. Clearing out unwanted memories, beliefs, patterns, and habits.

The adventure of body, mind and spirit can seemingly create trauma and fear. Releasing trauma and fear from the experience, allows us to have a more accepting view.

Our shadow is found in the deep recesses of our inner world inside our beliefs and is how we practice spirituality. It is the parts of us we may refer to as shortcomings, character defects, or undesirable traits; and represents itself as actions and expressions within those applications.

Those behaviors come from previous experiences that create what can be referred to as a lens that acts like a filter. So, each time we experience something that is seemingly related to a stored trauma or incident, it's unprocessed energy.

We learn to become more accountable to ourselves as we move more fully into our sovereignty.

You may have felt as though you handled it. Yet, when you shut down emotionally, you’re at about 50-55% awareness when you are not practicing being present in all five aspects:

Spiritual

Mental

Emotional

Physical

Energetic

If you’re heart is shut down to a small percentage of openness, you may appear to others as a taker, when in fact you’re just scared shitless to be vulnerable and this is what response-prompts you have and operate from.
