Returning to BOTI Studios: The Women’s Empowerment Energy Alignment Circle
Join us for a monthly Women’s Circle for empowerment, clarity, and balance. This circle is designed to support women to reconnect to themselves so that they can replenish their energy and strengthen their core power. Each circle will include exercises to help ground and realign our energy. Plus, we’ll be using specific crystals* during restorative meditation journeys that’ll help us connect to our inner wisdom.
*Note: Crystals will be offered for use during the Circle. These crystals can be purchased from BOTI Studios if you’d like to take it home afterwards.
July Intention: Boundaries and Transmutation. We’ll be working with Hematite Hearts to center ourselves, set energetic boundaries and transmute energy.
*Please come as close to the start time as possible. Since this is a sacred space, it’s not possible to accommodate latecomers after 7:40 pm.
